Interview Clinics (IC's) - IC's are interactive workshops designed to provide fun-with-a-purpose job interview coaching in a group or private setting.

To more efficiently meet the different needs of as many people as possible, we offer three different IC's.

IC #1:  General Training - There are some people who attend this workshop who will have a lot of interviewing experience; others will have just a little. However, it is our goal that all who attend will gain information that will enhance their skills despite their current experience levels.

Topics include:

1. What an interview is, what it isn't -- and how to handle fear
2. Eight kinds of interviewing styles employers exhibit
3. Interview formats and strategies for success
4. The strategies behind particular interview questions to include the "situational" interview
5. How to answer several of the most-asked questions (as well as some that are not so common) -- to include illegal questions.
   

IC #2:  Specific-Needs Training - People who attend this workshop may or may not be beginners, but may have been fired, layed-off, or may have a criminal past/record. This IC discusses 1,2 and 5 as shown above, plus:

• How to answer questions about being fired
• How to answer questions about having a criminal record.

IC #3:  Faith-Based Training - People who attend this workshop have a working knowledge about interviewing/job searching in general, but would like that knowledge reinforced based on sound, biblical doctrine. This IC discusses 1, 2 and 5 as shown in IC #1 above, plus:

• Ten commandments for a successful job search
• Seven possible (scriptural) reasons for prolonged unemployment
• How to believe God for work
